The question that must be asked when considering an ISP is: do they
require you to use their e-mail and Internet software? If they do, the
BrailleNote family will not work, since you cannot install programs on
your BrailleNote/VoiceNote. Earthlink, for example, sends you a disk
with their software, but you don't have to use it to access your
Earthlink e-mail or get on the Internet. Juno, on the other hand, wants
you to use their software. So when you're looking for a new ISP, that's
the question to ask.
