If when you are on the PC and viewing files, say in My Documents, you go to the menu bar and choose View and then Details, you will get an alphabetical listing of all files in that view by file name and file type and also showing the file size.

In the case of Lisa's problem, the file extension was critical. It told the BN what l'deuce to do with the file! My advice to you, Lisa, is to read about file types and translation options in the manual. Learn those file extensions and keep them in the front of your memory.
