I had to remove a corrupt folder from a qwerty yesterday because these machines simply can't handle that stuff coming in like that. Fortunately, I had a corrupt e-mail folder last summer and when I called tech support they let me write down what to do so it only took a second or two to get things put right.

Hi, Stacey:
What I will say about downloading 100 email or more is that I have helped
many people delete their Email Folder.cdb because it got corrupted. If I
see that much email, when it's gotten to the first twenty or thirty, I'll
immediately press an E with the space, then immediately press with I to hang up immediately. I cannot remember what it does on the Qwerty. I know that
seems like a process, but I have removed corrupt folders for three people
this week. One of the problems too, we can't tell how long an email is.
This may be different in the upgrades, I haven't heard much about that. I
guess my thought is that it's easier to take a little more time in the
downloading process, because I always panic just a little deleting things
for someone else. I never like that position--grin. I am real excited for
you, and can't wait to find out your impression. Regards
