bravo Maria!! Very good idea. The only thing I must caution, though, is that the bn has a number of email addresses it can process in the bcc, cc, and "also send to" fields. But, of course I can't remember the numbers. If I'm not mistaken, when you select records from the address list they are all tacked into the same field, instead of being dispersed among the various "copy" fields, so this may (probably will) cause the user some trouble if the number is great enough.
