1. You will get a manual built-in the Braillenote.
2. You will get a quickstart manual.
3. the braille manual for this product is indeed $100 and 420 for 
shipping. I had a real fight with them about paying the $20 for shipping 
and I didn't buy the manual in the end. you will get a file of the manual 
as well. It's on the website.
