Hi Jen: Rhonda is right with everything she said. I just have a few notes.
It would most likely be better for you to follow the method in which you back up the entire keylist folder instead of simply the keylist.cdb file. Many have found that, though a rare instance, the probability of truncated data during the copying process is slightly higher when using the copy feature rather than the backup feature. Also note that the file is called "keylist.cdb" instead of "keylistddcdb" (both without the quotes), which simply appeared that way in Rhonda's email due to a translation error. This would be a nice example of showing when placing a dot 4 before a braille symbol works to not translate that symbol, except that I unfortunately already deleted the message. For BT users, in Rhonda's response the period (dots 2,5,6) was translated as two letter d's because it appeared in the middle of a word. To make this translate correctly, one must put a dot four after the T in "keylist" followed by a period in computer braille (dots 4,6), then a letter sign (dots 5,6( and finally the letters CDB. LOL. The letter sign is necessary because otherwise the two letters, c and d, would be translated as the grade two word could.
