Dianne, I suggest that you enter on the link skip to main content and then read from there, either line by line until you reach what you want, or read continuously up to where you want to be and then stop speech. Your curser should then be on the line where you pressed the stop speech command. I don't have experience of that particular page and as I'm not a US citizen, I will probably not have access thereto, due to legal restrictions.
