Hi Karen,

OK, here's what I'm thinking with this. When a Web page is being downloaded
with KeyWeb, it is first saved to the Temp folder of the KeySoft System Disk.
I've had the same thing happen to me a couple of times (I'm referring to the
behavior you described in your below e-mail), so I have a feeling that, for one
reason or another, the file in question was placed in the Temp folder at some
point. I never checked to see if the file in question was there when it
happened to me (I don't know why), but it sure would have been interesting to
see. When a file is downloaded, it's first saved to the KS Disk regardless of
where you choose to download it, and after it is saved there, it is then
transferred to the location you selected. However, if the file is larger than
the amount of free space on the KS Disk (typically around 6 or 6.5 MB), it
cannot get transferred to the KS Disk, so it therefore will not be downloaded
on the BN. However, you're saying that your download was completed, so I have
a feeling that the file did not transfer successfully from the Temp folder, and
it was discarded from that folder, so you wouldn't have seen it anywhere. This
hasn't happened very often with me, maybe only twice.

Just a thought,
Maria
