Jim,

I don't know if this will help, but you could try renaming the file with an HTM 
extension, instead of HTML.  I seem to remember that Keyweb had less trouble 
with the three-letter extension.

Hi Andy and list,

I'm aware of that but the problem is getting what I wish to read from point 
A to point B.  The text of the Email is HTML.  I tried saving the body of 
this Email to an Html file.  I moved it to my favorites.  The word 
processor sees the file, but key Web does not.  Even if I type X with 
spacebar to get the list of text and html files in My Favorites, Keyweb 
doesn't see my file.  Which step or steps am I missing here?
