Nancy I had this problem too. What you do after you have finished
downloading the book, is use your go back command. On the qwerty keyboard it
is read key with left arrow. If you have the Brailler type keyboard someone
else will have to tell you what the key stroke is.
But after you hit this command, you will be brought back to the last book
you downloaded. Now if you want to read or go back in the same category you
are in, just type p for previous ten titles or n for next ten titles.
Now, if you want to get into another category you can either continue using
the go back command or hit b and this may take you to the by author or by
category etc.
I have actually never tried this last one but the go back command is what
you really want.
Great to see you on this list and don't be embarassed about a little thing
like that. that takes too much energy, save your embarrass energy for
something really big. then you can give it lots of gusto.
Affectionately,

Mary Ellen Earls

Subject: [Braillenote] Bookshare and the Braille Note

> Hi. I've downloaded many books from Bookshare with my Bt Braille Note,
but one thing perplexes me. It's probably something stupid I'm doing
without realizing it. When it says download complete, I go to main menu and
unpack it from book read. When that's finished, it says "remain connected"
and I say yes. I try to go back to Bookshare by either going to main menu,
going to favorites, or I hit the o-chord and put the address in. It comes
up with Bookshare and nothing else. I seem to have !disccnect and go to the
site all over again, putting in my password, etc. Is there any way I can
stay connected after unpacking the book into a folder, and how do I get back
to Bookshare without having to put in the log-in info again? I'm really
embarrassed I'm having this problem. Thanks.
