What happens when you attempt to access your KeyMail and KeyList databases?
Look at the KeyList and KeyMail folders of the Flash Disk through the File
Manager>Directory option, and at the "List of Files" prompt, press [SPACE with
X], [READ with X] to view "hidden" files. In the KeyMail folder of the Flash
Disk, do you have a file called "Email Folders"? In the KeyList folder of the
Flash Disk, do you have a file callthe "Address List", a file called "Email
Folders.cdb", and/or a file called "Address List.cdb"? If you have the .cdb
files but not the others, a copy of the DDF's for KeyList and KeyMail are in
the Windows folder of the KeySoft System Disk, so COPY them to the appropriate
folders on the Flash Disk, with the Address List DDF going into the KeyList
folder and the e-mail DDF going to the KeyMail folder. Then, try and access
the databases again. If you had all the files I mentioned above, are you
getting an error message such as, "The operation is completed successfully."
when you try to access KeyList and KeyMail? If so, I'm afraid your databases
have become corrupted, and the data within them is irretrievable, so you will
have to erase the "Address List.cdb" and "Email Folders.cdb" files from the
KeyList folder of the Flash Disk, select the KeyMail>Write an E-Mail and
KeyList>Add Address options, and type Y at the prompts asking whether you wish
to create new databases. The only other thing I can think of at the moment is
that this new BN has KS v6.1, in which case I wouldn't know the importation
process of converting databases from previous versions, if that's at all
possible after the initial installation of v6.1.

Maria
