The Directory of Services functions like the Address List. To read the existing settings for a service, you use the "Lookup Service" option in the Directory of Services Menu under the KeyMail Setup Menu of KeyMail. If the service doesn't have a name, look up the service by another field, one which contains information in your record. If you want to modify a field, you must first press [BACKSPACE with dots 1-4], [CONTROL with K] from within the record you wish to modify. Now, you can modify necessary fields, and you can add information into fields if necessary, as the execution of the above command lets you view all fields, even those that are empty. To clear a field, use [BACKSPACE with dots 3-5-6], [CONTROL with BACKSPACE]. If you want to change a portion of the record, first use the Home command [SPACE with dots 1-3], [FUNCTION with LEFT ARROW] or End command [SPACE with dots 4-6], [FUNCTION with RIGHT ARROW], so you have a sense of where your cursor is, and you can then use the normal KeyWord delete commands for deleting characters and words, including using the BACKSPACE key. Press ENTER to accept new values. When you don't see the cursor on a field, pressing SPACE and BACKSPACE moves you through the list of fields until you position your cursor specifically on a field (by using the Home or End command, for example), at which point the SPACE and BACKSPCACE create a space or delete a character respectively in the field. When clearing, you must only SPACE or BACKSPACE to the field, whichever is necessary, depending on which field you are currently on and where the field you wish to clear is located, and execute the command. When you have made all changes, press [SPACE with dots 2-6], [CONTROL with ENTER].
