Hi Ann, The original questioner didn't make that request. As I stated before, I'm not defending PDI, just pointing out why the ship[ments stopped which was the original complaint. The question about the order of shipments is a legitimate one.

Or: we're shipping in order of purchase date of SMA. Or: we're shipping in alphabetical order according to last name. Or: we're shipping according to geographic order starting with the western states and progressing eastward across the country, state by state. Or: We're shipping alphabetically according to state.
