Hello Paul,

A JK reset is certainly what you want.

Check that all 3 keys are being pressed firmly. If you still can't get this to work, I will investigate this on Monday but technically speaking, there is nothing I know of that will prevent this from working.

Oh, chec that there is only one .bin file on the card and that it is the latest one.

Hi, Rhonda. One would think, but pressing that only brings it up in keylearn mode when the bn comes back up. I tried it twice. Good guess, though because I thought the exact same thing. It makes sense. It seems odd, though, that the bt would have one more reset method that the qt would not.
