Hello Lisa,

I would think that the best way around this is to copy and paste what you
want to include from these files into an email. That way, people can just
read the body of the email rather than spend time opening attachments.

If you choose to attach ascii files or word files, people will be able to
read them normally on any device, unless a grade other than computer Braille
has been used in the word or ASCII files directly.

Subject: [Braillenote] seding files in emails so they look nice

> Hi Listers,
> Okay I posted about this before the holidays which probably was not the
smartest thing to do on my part. I would like to insert keyword Braille
files into emails. The people I will be emailing them to some people are
sighted, some people use screen reaeers, some people use Braille displays,
some use screen readers along with Braille displays. I would like people to
be able to print out or emboss riddles in these files without having to do
any cleanup work to the messages. I know how to insert files into emails.
If people choose not to print or emboss the emails they can just give me
feedback in the original message once again I don't want to create weird
translation issues here. These are the Braille riddles I have been working
on. I know a couple listers requested for them sorry I wanted to make sure
I had the files translated correctly before sending them. I do know how to
export a dincument as a file. If this is needed please tell me which format
would be best. !
> I also know how to save keyword files as other formats. As a last resort
I could put the riddle files onto a disk and snail mail them but that just
seems like a waste of time but if that's what I need to do then that's how
life goes.
> Please let me know what the best way is to go about this task please and
thank you.
> Thanks for the help with the printing issue. I didn't get a chance to
print today but hopefully tomorrow I will.
> Thanks!
