Hi: - I really hate to say this but I kind of have to agree with you on this
particular issue. . . I'm still also waiting for my upgrade as well, and
PDI/Humanware has had my payment since January. The sad thing about the
whole matter is that I can't upgrade my GPS until I upgrade my braille note
which I've had the GPS upgrade for several months now, seems the GPs folks
didn't have any problems getting upgrades out. And to think I was kind of
really hoping of being able to receive the upgrade before the ACB
convention. I have actually worked in the production side of technology,
and know that this should be truly considered a poor mismanagement of
handling things. Hey PDI/Humanware folk why not get your priorities
straight and take care of your current loyal customers, before trying to
drum up new customers with the PK, etc..
         All the best. - Kim

Hello. When trying to find out when I might receive my Keysoft and CE
upgrades, I was told that "They're coming from New Zealand, and we're out
right now." Shipping would resume some time soon, and you're somewhere on
the list. Where on the list? When can I actually expect to receive the
upgrade that was advertised a year ago, and has been shipping for about six
months. My serial number is 13168.

It really does not take very long to make copies of a compact flash
card. I can copy one card to another quite quickly using my laptop. And
the part about making each one unique regarding the serial number-- I can't
imagine that takes very long either. It definitely should not take six
months to make and ship a couple thousand upgrades! What's really going on
here? I was a power user and a loyal PDI customer, but this kind of
treatment is completely unacceptable!

Doug Martin
