Folks, I have the same problem.  I am running 5.1 as well.  What can I do?

  I think this cannot run this version of keysoft has just begun to rear it's
  head again.  Originally it was a problem two to three months after 5.1 build
  19 was installed.  Then it was suggested that those having the problem
  download 5.1 build 22.  Well, the three month period is up so now we seem to
  get the message.  I was surprised when it appeared last Friday for the first
  time with build 22.  So far I haven't been able to get it to stop.
