Why do I ask? It if very important feature for the Deaf-Blind users. Many people type too fast but we, the deaf-blind users, have to wait until the type stops, then we move the caret back-back to first word then read rest the message. We dislike to do that. Our old Tele-Braille (telephone for the deaf-blind users) had one. Only one it had for us but no other systems for us. I like other typing the message into the buffer mode, then we could press the advance key in our own time as much as we can read. It will make the Deaf-Blind happier.
