Hi Jennifer, I don't recall getting this error until a couple of months ago. I'm running the same version of KeySoft as are you. What I do is to press the enter key when that message appears, and that dismisses it, and the Main Menu appears. I get this the first time I turn on my unit each day, so there appears to be a certain time when the unit is off when that message is triggered. If my unit is off for a few hours during the day, and I power it on, that message doesn't come up. But it does come up every time on each day I power it on for the first time. Best Regards,
