Hello Tataindi,
The braille proofreading course is no easy course to take. You must be
able to rewrite pages that have lots of mistakes, you must be able to cite
mistakes, give the line number and cite the rules. then at the end of the
course, you must submit a 35 page braille booklet with no more than three
errors per page and you must show the correct Library of congress format.
so you can see, it's a daunting task! I tried and I came within one lesson
of submitting the 35 page course then I quit the job because I didn't like
the supervisor. Also because my contract was up. <smile>
Now that's the proofreading end of it. I hear you also need to do the
transcriber's end of it and that entails a 35 page braille paper at the
end as well. You sure you want to go through all this? <smile>

I have been thinking about this course.
What is the problem with it? Please, explain.
Thanks,
