Hi Monica, it's always great to get messages like this, and I'm glad you're enjoying your BrailleNote PK. We should have a minor update soon that will improve the performance of E-mail and tend to a couple of other issues. At present we haven't introduced an SMA programme for the PK though.

I finally got my BNPK and am in love with it. I'm simply amazed at all the things it can do. Last night I got it connected to my USB port with Active Sync, and I was tickled pink when I discovered I really could transfer files and go to the web and do Email with it. Well, I don't have the Email part set up yet, but that's coming. I'm enthralled with the planner, the word processor, the media player and every thing else I left out. I haven't finished reading every thing yet, but could someone advise me about finding out if I am eligible for upgrades and, if so, how do I get them? Is there a maintenance agreement I can purchase, and how do I find someone to repair my product should it go down or when the battery needs replacing? Thanks bunches for any help.
