No. I don't mean email at all. i've never yet used the braille note for email. I'm sorry. I meant the regular address list database. I want to make groups in there. categories, I guess. Hmmm. on my PC, I have created an access database for addresses, phone numbers all that. Then I did separate tables with just work people, just family, so I could go just to the family table to find them.
In time, I may want to use this for email if I branch out and use the braille note for that someday. but for now it's just organizational. At the "Send To?" prompt, you would select that group, and it would send to all people in that group? The only work-around that you could use would be to create something in your Address List that was common for everyone in the group, such as the same last name for your family. Then, at the "Send To?" prompt of e-mail, press [BACKSPACE with L], [CONTROL with L] to look up a person in the Address List. You would type in the info that was in common to all the members of the group in the appropriate field, and press ENTER. You'll be told that a certain number of records were selected, and when asked to send to all records, press Y for "Yes". Then, you can go through the "Send To?" header, and you will see all the e-mail addresses of people you selected to send it to. Note that you CANNOT enter information into the Notes field at the Lookup, or your entire Address List will be selected, so make sure that whatever's in common for all members of the group isn't written in the Notes field.
