I'm just wondering if it's possible to copy address books and planners back
and forth between two upgraded BrailleNotes. For example, when I upgrade
my personal BN, and if they upgrade my work BN, and say my work BN goes in
for servicing, will it be possible to copy certain files over to my
personal BN to get immediate access to what I need for work, and then copy
back the same files that contain my planner and address book for personal
use. For example, in my non-upgraded units, I can copy my personal planner
file and personal keylist.cdb into my work BN and instantly have access to
my personal stuff at work, and do the same to get access to my work stuff
at home. I know we won't be able to copy between non-upgraded and upgraded
units, but I'm wondering how it will work between two upgraded units. For
example, my theory is that, if my BN at work gets upgraded, I should be
able to copy the five planner files from it into my personal BN and have my
work BN planner, and then copy back the five files for my personal planner
to get it back. Is this correct? And will it work the same way with the
address book info? I don't want to mislead my employer by telling them I
can just copy files back and forth if they upgrade my work unit so it will
be at the same level as my home unit.
