I'm still looking, and I may be wrong, but I don't think html works in email.  
This is what it says about books: The BrailleNote PK supports books in brf or 
txt formats.  At time of publishing, the BrailleNote PK does not support DAISY 
or HTML formats.  If you download a book in an unsupported format, KeyBook will 
allow you to unpack it, but before the process is complete, it will prompt to 
say that the format is not available.  I am looking further.
