Neither did I!  Not for a moment.  I do understand the need to have a working 
BN when one crashes.  I hope the upgrade helps these students and that it goes 
well when the time comes.

I will never misquote information.  As I said in an earlier post, when
people always say "they" we generally wonder who "they" are.  I've also
