Some hints to fix this problem. Ok go to file manager on your vn. Then select copy a file. Your source drive needs to be keysoft systems disk, source folder name windows. Now you should hear source file name. Don't type in anything just yet. First you need to press space with x I don't know what the qt command is sorry, anyway you need to do this until you hear all files spoken You should hear source file name, so now type in keymail folders. For the destination drive you want flash disk, for a folder name, you need keylist, and the file should be copied. Good luck.
