Hi Nancy, That setting, the "Size limit for automatic download of e-mail" setting under the Receive Options of the KeyMail Set-Up Menu of KeyMail, controls the size of automatically downloaded e-mail. If an e-mail is larger than that size, it will not be automatically downloaded. Instead, you will be prompted "This e-mail is larger than the maximum size allowed? Option?". At this point, you can press ENTER to download the message; A to download the first ten lines, and delete the message from the server; D to delete the message from the server without downloading it to the BrailleNote; I to get information about the size of the message, its sender, and its subject; L, then enter a number between 5 and 10000 (the units are kilobytes) to change the size limit to take effect for all following messages, not the current one you are being prompted about downloading; S to skip the message and continue downloading the next e-mails, but leave a copy on the server; or T to download the first ten lines, and leave a copy of the e-mail on the server. If e-mails are smaller than or equal to the size limit you have set, they will automatically be downloaded, and you won't receive the prompt.
I'm not quite understanding your problem with Web Braille. I went on the Voyager Interface for the first time on your behalf with the BrailleNote, and I had no trouble. When you reach the Results page, click on the link to Skip Navigation, and select an author's name; then, select the Skip Navigation link on the next page, and read the contents, selecting what you wish to download. Use the Move by Paragraph commands to move between the results, and the SPACE and BACKSPACE keys to move between links. You should be prompted for your username and password upon executing the link to download the first volume, and after you click on the "OK" button, the book will continue downloading. When you see a URL on your display, which is the location of the book, press [SPACE with S], [CONTROL with S] to save the contents of the web page (whose title is the URL, and which contains the contents of the volume) to a locally stored location. Type a .brf extension at the end of the file name you give the book, and if using a BT, use dots 4-6 for the period because you are using Computer Braille. Sorry if I'm missing the point of your problem, but I've never used that interface with Web Braille, and I just took a brief look at it now with the BrailleNote since you said you were having trouble accessing it with the BN. What I usually do with Web Braille is to use the Quick Search form I am immediately presented with upon clicking on the "Online Catalog" link, or, if need be, I'll click on the "Multiple-Term Search" link from the Online Catalog page, and use that; however, the Voyager Interface worked for me.
