Hello Rose, If you send me your log files, we'll have a look at why KeySync is crashing. The log files are stored in program files/pulsedata/keysync/logs
Perhaps just send me the files from the last three or four days. That is, if you've synched in that time. What I would first do though is try turning off the Windows XP firewall if you have it running, even though you may have opened some desired ports. Secondly, did you download the correct version of KeySync? The version offered for KeySoft 5.0 is different from that offered for KeySoft 5.1/6.11.
