You are absolutely on the money. Many individuals who use these devices are using them to keep track of important information, either for work or school. And, these data losses seem to be somewhat unpredictable. I surely hope something can be done to look into this issue.

If there is a bug, obviously I like everyone else would like it fixed and looked into. However, I think we all should bear in mind that computer operating systems of any kind aren't perfect. I've lost data on my Windows machine using Word and Excel, and I can bet that if we all wrote to Microsoft and explained our situation, they would not give us the time of day. Humanware, like any software company, isn't perfect, bugs come up and hopefully are studied and fixed. At least we can expect a response from Humanware about our concerns, whereas other companies might not consider them at all. Right now, we don't know if the problem is with Keysoft, the compaq flash card, the files being saved, or a whole host of other variables. I am not saying there isn't a bug in Keysoft, but at least now that we're talking about it on this list, our friends at Humanware can read it and study it and get our input and make any fixes. I wrote the message to fix a problem, and I really don't know what the cause of it is, I would just like Humanware to investigate it to keep our loss of data as minimal as possible.
