I can�t speak for the Bosch compact machines that you mention but I do have the Bosch universal kitchen machine (model 6622) and think that it is fantastic. My sister-in-law has owned one for 18 years and it still performs very well. She has always made her own bread and buns and had five children in the house. That machine has seen a lot of use over the years. But I need some advise. I've been looking into it for a close friend of mine who has rheumatoid arthritis... mainly in her hands. I'd like to get her something to help her with all phases of cooking and especially, kneading bread. I own a Braun multi-system, which I don't feel I could live without. <gg> I use it every meal, but they don't sell it here in the states anymore.... Darn!! So it looks like the Bosch is the closest thing to it. The machines I'm looking at are the Bosch MUM4405 Concept 16 Cups Food Processor or the Bosch Kitchen Machine/Blender MUM 4420UC. Both the same, except one has more attachments. Will this machine do a good job of kneading, slicing/dicing and blending for her?
