Welcome to the group. I don't have time at the moment to search my bread
file, but tomorrow. I'm cc'ing a copy of this to myself so I remember. ;)

When your bread and rolls are heavy, it can be the recipe but it can be if
they don't raise well. Not raising well can be the yeast and/or it's not
warm enough for the yeast to do it's job. If you haven't used your yeast in
some time, you'll want to get new for holiday baking.

"see you" tomorrow!

I am new to this group.

I have been a lurker for about two
weeks, I have been through the
posted messages and have not found
what I am looking for.

Does anyone have a good recipe for
refrigerator dough to make rolls
and a refrigerator sweet dough to
make cinnamon rolls etc.

The ones I am using now the rolls
and cinnamon rolls are not flaky
and they are heavy.
