Pineapple Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  a.. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  b.. 1 cup sugar
  c.. 2 eggs
  d.. 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  e.. 1/3 cup drained crushed pineapple
  f.. 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  g.. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  h.. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  i.. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  j.. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  a.. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in banana, 
pineapple and coconut. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just 
until combined. Spoon into a greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 
65-70 minutes or until bread test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to a 
wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf.
Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 slice) equals 190 calories, 8 g fat (5 g 
saturated fat), 42 mg cholesterol, 212 mg sodium, 29 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 
3 g protein.
