One thing I have done is to wait ~24hr before hitting
[SEND] when I knew that I was angry or indignant while
replying to a post.  A couple of times someone else
has responded with a much better post than mine (so I
didn't send it), and several others I completely
reworked (so that they were more or less rational
instead of fuming); at least once I realized that it
simply wasn't important enough for me to respond at
all (so I [CANCEL]ed).
