Ignoring the UN is a 'crime'. But everyone does it so ... well its an excuse
for war if you need one.
The only other *international* crime on the list is

"Unfortunately" the Iraqi regime is not *currently* committing this crime, so
it is difficult to invade for this reason.
These are excuses, not *reasons* to invade Iraq.
What is a good reason for the US to invade Iraq.
At a higher level of justification what is one *good* reason for Canada or
France to help invade Iraq?
