It is interesting that you should say that. It has been my experience
that women tend to be better shots than men, unless there is a bit of
stress involved. My ex-wife, who has never shot a handgun, put me to
shame the first time she shot my Beretta, and I have (or had in 1992)
marksman rating at the police department I was working at. But once she
was in the stress situation (loud music, gently poking in the back - at
the police range) her accuracy dropped considerably and mine increased
considerably.

Well, you know the Hollywood factor steps in there sometimes. I just
love on TV and movies when the bad guys do that sideways gun type of
shot. That seems to be a trademark of gang style shooting on TV now.

I wish that all of the opposing sides could find a common middle ground,
but I suppose that is almost as unlikely as peace in the Middle East.

My rat dropping comment was actually based on a Richard Jeni comedy skit
that I have on MP3. It is the funniest thing I have ever heard. If
anyone wants the MP3, I can put it on my website (it is about 6MB),
Anyway, unintentionally, that does tie in with Nick's present situation.
