iTunes and the iTunes Music Store are now available to users of Windows XP and Windows 2000. Store still only sells in the USA.Why USA only? It's not like there's shipping involved. Or security issues. Or the content is exclusively from USA. Or the RIAA only works in the USA. Or English isn't widely used. Or lots of countries listen to US music.

I hope they do well, but I wonder if, after years and years of free downloads, people are going to be willing to start paying.
