No, I think that's not enough, otherwise Muslims - who claim to follow the teachings and philosophy of Jesus, the penultimate Prophet - would be Christians.
That could be resolved if Christians are those who believe that Jesus was the last prophet. Since Muslims believe Muhammad superseded Jesus they are not Christians.
This does mean that the LDS are not Christians...maybe Smithians :)
