On a Mac I am now looking at it using Netscape and MS/internet Explorer. Netscape cuts off the upper part including the blog title. Explorer crams my initial posting in a long column only a couple of words wide, at the right.
Yikes. Neither one is right -- you should have a nicely formatted easy-to-read page.
What I get (in Safari) is a page that looks just fine, is well-formatted and quite legible.
As for settings, I was referring to the ones you can enter yourself for appearance, layout, etc. If you go to the main blogspot login (blogger.com/home) you should be able to modify your setup through their "dashboard" page. Among other things you can change settings -- appearance, the way dates and times are written, etc. -- if you click the "Settings" link, for instance, you can select the "Template" tab and then click the "Pick new" link on that page to modify the whole layout of your blog.
For example your page is currently using the "No. 897" template; perhaps one of the others they have available will work better in your browsers and/or give you a look and feel you like better.
I can't even begin to guess why IE or NS might be having trouble -- is this OSX or are you still in 9 or lower?
