The problem seems to be a bug in how it handles the right-hand column in a three-column format. Instead of displaying the columns side by side, it displays them one on top of the other. On older versions of netscape and Mac IEs, I've had this same problem with many web sites. There's no real fix for it other than upgrading the browser where possible.
