Just to make it clear to those who may not know where I stand on matters like this, I am not /endorsing/ the Cato Institute or the "Leninist" article, but it is an important source document for understanding the strategy, not just the tactics, involved in the ongoing neocon attacks on Social Security and every other vestige of social justice left in Amerikkka.
