If you do the right sort of upper-body exercises and you're not *too* endowed, you're OK until you have kids. Then pregnancy will do interesting things that you'll never quite be the same after.

Breastfeeding twins for over a year will really do things to cause droopiness once they're weaned. (Exclusive breastfeeding of twins for just a few months will cause most of the change.)

I don't think adding helium would be a good idea, though.
