The reproductive process of Bananas aside, have you *never* been offered banana nut bread? If not, my guess is that you've never lived in the south. Banana nut bread is a tasty way of dealing with your overripe-to-the-point-of-not-being-edible-straight bananas. My grandmother used to make it. Dan's aunt makes it. My friend Janie makes it. My friend Tanya makes it. It's nice stuff.
