RE: Tour Dates

Last year both Skunks and Ro-Sham-Bo, if I remember correctly, 
qualified for nationals, and were both purely student teams.  I feel 
that students can compete at the highest level and should be given 
a lower entry fee.  This would not be unique to ultimate and 
encourages grass-roots development.
