Can I just emphasise that the exemption allowing teams to pick up unrostered players is ONLY for teams in TERMINAL DIFFICULTIES who would otherwise not attend the event. Any team in these circumstances needs to explain their situation to me first in order to be able to take advantage of the allowance. NO team that has already entered can qualify for this allowance. It is NOT OK for any other team to invite along a friend or visitor or field any kind of unrostered player. AND... It was NOT intended to start an auction for players hoping to pick up at the tournament.
