With the flux that the UKU has been in over the last 6 months jobs have been delayed and planning not been as clear cut as we would all hope for and need. The allocation of places is, as ever, the responsability of the DoC (or Acting DoC in this case) and I am sure Chris is on the case. I would be very surprised if their was not some announcement before the weekend! I hope that helps.
