Red, and I presume BAF aswell (the two TD's respective teams), have not had any advance notice, nor are aware of any alternative procedures for getting the results out.
I will ask at our training tonight, but this topic has been discussed before and we are not aware of who (except for two trekkers in Peru!) have them.
Perhaps not my place to say, but I do know that the venue stated that they could accommodate the required numbers of pitches at the correct size, but phoned up the TD's on the thursday before the tournament to say something along the lines of: "we lied, we are stupid and cant count/measure, but frisbee isnt a proper game is it? You dont need picthes of exact dimensions do you?" The TD's are taking this up further with the venue.
The only reason I know about Lost Property is because my fiancee and I went around all the pitches on saturday evening cleaning up litter and collecting lost property.
