I am now accepting bids for the first University Mixed Indoor Nationals to be held in February 2005. I will accept bids for any weekend in February with the aim of holding the tournament after the Christmas break but before University Women's Indoor Nationals.
If you, or your University Club, is interested in hosting this tournament please email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the following details, which will all be taken into account when considering bids;
Venue* Location* Hall Floor Type (eg sprung wooden floor, concrete base) No of Pitches and Size (basically greater/less than Basketball pitch)* Minimum Court Time Available (eg 9am-5pm Sat and Sun)* No of Teams that can be accommodated in either hall space of people's floors Party Facilities available. Cost Per Team* Medical Facilities or Provisions* Additional Facilities (eg large viewing gallery, nearby supermarket)
If you cannot provide all this information at present please at least include those items with a star (*).
The bid deadline for this tournament is 30th December but the earlier you bid the better!
