Well, I can offer my services to any tournament director for indoors. I am about 1.97m tall in my trainers, and therefore the service I can offer is to stand at the receiving end for every pull. If I make sure that I am standing in line with the pull when the disc gets to the endzone. If the disc goes over my head (allowing for the depth of the rim, and any sticking up of my hair) then the pull is a bad one. However, if the disc hits me in the head/chest/knackers, then you are guaranteed that the pull was a good one, and you also have a handy marker as to where to begin play from.
I am awaiting offers from TD's as we speak..... -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Daniel Richards Sent: 24 June 2005 12:40 To: britdisc@near.me.uk Subject: RE: [BD] Indoor Pull How will players be able to tell that the disc is less than 2 metres high when it leaves the pitch? Will we have additional lines on the wall? Walls made of soft clay so that we can see the indentation? Special discs made of chalk? I can just imagine the disputes now.
