Camping is available on site free of charge. If camping please keep off the bowling green and all weather pitch. Also NO FIRES OR BBQs. The groundsmen have asked that you check that you take all tent pegs with you to avoid damage to their mowers. Please remember that the venue is close to a residential area, so don't leave anything valuable in the tents - lock it in your cars or keep it on you. The gates to the car park will close at midnight on Friday - if you expect that you may arrive after midnight please contact me or Si Statham so we can arrange for the gate to be opened for you. UCE have 20 rooms available at the university halls of residence about a mile and a half from the venue. Cost is £18 per person, breakfast £7.65 extra.
