Having too few women is the obvious problem for most
mixed teams. The obvious solution is to actively
promote mixed ultimate and to recruit more women.
How is this being done in other countries and what's
working?
Switching from 3/4 to 2/5 might allow more of the
current teams to participate in mixed events, but it
would not encourage them to recruit more women.
